  • You have at least 7 years of leadership experience in a medium sized organisation and 5 years of experience in public relations and networking activities
  • You love being an employer brand ambassador and are looking forward to represent the company on local events and social media 
  • Your ability to self-organize while meeting tight deadlines and your strong people skills make you a great fit for our team
  • Your agility allows you to handle the speed of our business, you stay calm in stressful times and delegate your team in an efficient manner
  • You are familiar with regular reportings towards Management and/or Advisory Board
  • You thrive in an international work environment and have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
