WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You have 3+ years of experience in chatbot/conversational training
Previous experience in training conversational AI
You have excellent communication and Crossfunctional teamwork skills
Fluent English and German Skills
Experience with Salesforce Einstein is a plus, but not mandatory

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You own and continuously improve the Tradebyte chatbot, with the goal of increasing the share of customer requests handled by the chatbot
You work with Subject Matter Experts to gather solution paths to the most common customer queries
You maintain and administer the backend of the chatbot to identify new use cases and implement them
You own the module plans for the onboarding of new colleagues and source trainings from internal Subject Matter Experts
You identify and implement new dialogues
You will continuously learn on innovation in the conversational AI space
