WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in the e-commerce business
  • Working with customers is your passion and with your ability to analyze, you create solutions to exploit the potential of your customers
  • Communication is one of your strengths and you like to build long-term customer relationships
  • You are result-oriented and have a self-reliant way of working
  • English in written and spoken is mandatory. Basic knowledge of Spanish or Italian is a plus.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The successful cooperation with your national and international accounts as well as their further development is your top priority
  • In addition to established customers, you support hidden champions in positioning themselves in the market and scaling their business
  • You analyze your accounts, recognize market trends, identify existing potentials and actively develop solutions for your customers
  • You are their contact person, solve inquiries independently, and are a trustworthy partner in case of escalations
  • You are the interface between customers and internal departments and actively drive the solutions
