Case Study – ETERNA connected to Otto
For more than a year now, the German fashion company ETERNA (based in Passau) and Tradebyte maintain a successful business relationship. In 2015 ETERNA was connected to most of the big online platforms via TB.One. In October 2015 it was decided to integrate Otto.de including its international subchannels as well. At that time however, ETERNA was already connected to Otto by an own ERP-System.
This not only meant that existing data had to be removed and adapted to new standards, but also that it had to be realised within a very narrow time frame. The sales launch was expected to start in good time before the Christmas season. The solutions which were adopted to meet these high requirements are now documented in a case study.
