Status: November 2016 | To take its online shop to the next level, JOY sportswear decided to introduce a central PIM system and automate its manual order processing. This has made the direct connection of new marketplaces and platforms possible. During this process, Shopware was implemented as a new shop system and TB.One as the central application for product data and order administration.

THE SOLUTIONS

  • JOY sportswear uses TB.One as a central system for administering product data and order processing with the TB.One Scan-Desktop.
  • Thanks to the direct connection to DHL it is possible to manage order deliveries and returns completely from TB.One.
  • Invoices and credit notes are created in TB.One, transmitted to the shop system and directly retrievable for customers.
